Dr. Corteselli is a staff psychologist and implementation associate at The Baker Center for Children and Families. She earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Harvard University and completed her predoctoral and postdoctoral fellowships at The Baker Center, where she received specialized training in evidence-based interventions and implementation science. Dr. Corteselli has experience treating a range of youth mental health concerns across community outpatient clinics, schools, and residential treatment settings, with particular expertise in behavioral and anxiety-related concerns. She is a certified therapist in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and a certified supervisor in the Modular Approach to Therapy for Children (MATCH). As part of The Baker Center’s Quality Care Initiative, Dr. Corteselli provides training, consultation, and implementation support to community mental health agencies integrating evidence-based practices into routine care. A focus of her work is coordinating PCIT Learning Collaboratives across the country, supporting agencies and clinicians in building the infrastructure, clinical capacity, and implementation strategies needed to deliver and sustain high-quality PCIT. Her broader work focuses on expanding access to evidence-based mental health care across settings and training of non-specialist providers to implement evidence-based treatments.
