Tracy is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a certified PCIT, PCIT-Toddlers, and PCIT-TDI therapist, and trained in several additional PCIT adaptations. She also serves as a PCIT Within-Agency Trainer. Tracy has been with Oregon Community Programs for over 20 years, and her work has centered on supporting families with young children, particularly those ages 0–6 who have experienced early adversity, attachment disruptions, or trauma. Her clinical passion is helping caregivers and children heal, rebuild trust, and strengthen their relationships through connection-based, evidence-informed approaches. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dogs, gardening, and traveling.
