Nana is a child and adolescent psychiatrist at Aiiku Clinic, Tokyo and a certified WATer. Following specialized training in psychiatry and child psychiatry after medical school, she has dedicated her career to clinical practice. Nana specializes in treating various pediatric mental health issues, including neurodevelopmental disorders, emotional difficulties such as anxiety and school refusal, tics, and sleep problems. Nana's recent work includes the domestic translation and research of PCIT-SM. She is serving as the director of PCIT-Japan and also as an Assistant to the Chair of International Development Task Force. In addition to practicing PCIT at Aiiku Clinic and child guidance centers as a WATer, Nana also serves as an RTT, training the next generation of therapists and trainers in Japan.
