Karen Leyla Stuart Kelly, MS, LMFT, is the Founder and Managing Director of Parent Child Therapy Clinic Inc. (PCTC), a California-based group practice specializing in evidence-based treatment for young children and their families. A Regional Trainer-in-Training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), she brings extensive experience mentoring clinicians, supporting therapists through certification, and expanding access to early childhood mental health services through training and systems development. Karen founded a Community of Practice for PCIT Regional Trainers-in-Training to foster developmental leadership through reflective consultation, collaboration, and peer connection. Her work centers on reflective practice, workforce development, and strengthening the next generation of trainers as they grow into evolving leadership roles within the PCIT International ecosystem.
