Dr. Kanine is a clinical child/pediatric psychologist at Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital and an Assistant Professor of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine. Her work focuses on early childhood assessment and treatment, infant mental health, and parent and teacher training. Dr. Kanine is a certified PCIT Within-Agency Trainer (since 2025) and PCIT Therapist (since 2020). She is also a TCIT-U trainer and has conducted multiple studies on the effectiveness of TCIT-U in early care and education settings.
