Kaitlyn Wortham, MS, is a fourth-year graduate student and doctoral candidate in the Auburn University Clinical Psychology PhD program. She is also a PCIT-certified therapist and has provided PCIT services to families in the Auburn area since 2023 under the supervision of Dr. Elizabeth Brestan-Knight. Wortham’s research interests include examining factors predicting attrition in PCIT as well as investigating prevention strategies for childhood disruptive behaviors. Wortham has also been involved in several PCIT trainings over the years and always enjoys teaching PCIT to new therapists. Clinically, she provides therapy and assessment services to clients across the lifespan in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Wortham looks forward to continuing to research and practice within the PCIT community as a graduate student and beyond.
