Dr. Andrew Burkley is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine- Knoxville Center of Excellence for Children in State Custody. He graduated from Chestnut Hill College in Pennsylvania with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Through the COE, Dr. Burkley and the COE team regularly provide services to children of all ages who have been through the worst of life by helping them and their care team rebuild hope and gain understanding. Dr. Burkley is also a nationally certified PCIT Regional trainer and rostered in PCIT-TDI, PCIT Toddler, Trauma-Focused CBT and Child-Parent Psychotherapy. Dr. Burkley excels at “Dad humor” and is always ready with a terrible pun; eye-rolls to said puns are highly encouraged.
